Since I started doing so, my life has changed in multiple ways. By collecting data on myself, I finally understood the habits and behaviors that held me back from achieving my goals.

None of this would have happened if I hadn’t started recording information about myself in an old-fashioned notebook. The idea had been suggested to me by a friend, but I ignored the advice until things got terrible, and I felt lost.
